As AM continues its research into the financial performance and business confidence of the leading dealer groups, ahead of the AM100 Dinner on June 11, a third year looks highly likely.

Perhaps now it will be the beacon that will be recognised by the new Government, prompting a greater understanding of motor retailing and its further growth potential for the UK economy.

The AM100, the UK’s definitive guide to the largest retail groups by turnover, will be officially unveiled at a gala dinner in London.

Around 350 of the industry’s top professionals attend every year where the facts and figures surrounding the performance of the AM100 are released ahead of publication in AM.

Delving deep into the analysis, the report highlights a range of information including average profit of the biggest profit producers and average profit by outlet and employee providing an invaluable indicator of industry performance as well as an essential benchmark for all dealer groups.

Former Newsnight presenter and current Radio 2 broadcaster and television quiz show host Jeremy Vine has been announced as the after dinner speaker at the prestigious AM100 Dinner.
