Motor retailers can benchmark their approach to omnichannel marketing success with guidance from 14-site Ancaster Group and Marketing Delivery at this year’s Automotive Management Live.

The event for car dealers, held on November 13 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) near Birmingham, is a combination of an exhibition and a conference, and its seminar content will feature over 30 speakers and features in four dedicated Digital & Technology, Sales, Aftersales and Strategy theatres.

AM100 dealer group Ancaster's head of marketing Carly Keeler-Clappison will be joined by Charlotte Murray, Marketing Delivery’s commercial director, as well as the digital marketing specialist's chief executive Jeremy Evans.

Marketing Delivery will explore the results of its latest consumer survey and detail how AI-powered advanced communications can help retailers exceed customer expectations while delivering marketing efficiency, agility, and return on investment.

Keeler-Clappison will offer her perspective to join a balanced discussion on marketing success, with Marketing Delivery sharing data insights and benchmarks from over 500 automotive retailers.

Attendance to Automotive Management Live is free of charge for dealers and OEMs who register in advance

Evans (pictured) said: “Retailers face the challenge of delivering seamless, customer-centric experiences across multiple channels while ensuring their marketing strategies remain efficient and yield a strong return on investment (ROI).

“This task gets more onerous every year as tech advances and consumers' expectations evolve.

“We have presented at every Automotive Management Live, and although the foundations of what we talk about each time remain the same, the delivery has become more sophisticated.

“The show is a fantastic opportunity to share our insight from the past 12 months and any best practices with enough time to implement change before the new year.”
