Audi has officially launched the new generation A5 range in the UK, detailing pricing for both the new A5, S5 and Avant models, each with three trim levels: Sport, S line, and Edition 1.
For the A5, pricing starts at £41,950 for the baseline Sport trim with the 150 PS (148 hp) 2.0L TFSI engine. The S line version is priced from £44,100, while the Edition 1 begins at £49,100.
The more powerful 204 PS (201 hp) version increases starting prices to £44,290 for the Sport, £46,440 for the S line, and £51,440 for the Edition 1.
Audi also offers a 2.0L TDI engine option with 204 PS (201 hp). The diesel-powered Sport model starts at £46,950, the S line at £49,100, and the Edition 1 at £54,100. Audi's quattro all-wheel-drive system is available for an additional £1,525.
The S5 Edition 1, which features a new 3.0L V6 engine producing 367 PS (362 hp), is priced from £68,700 and can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 4.5 seconds.
The Avant starts at £43,850 for the Sport with the 150 PS engine. The S line begins at £46,000, and the Edition 1 at £51,000.
Upgrading to the 204 PS engine increases the starting prices to £46,190 for the Sport, £48,340 for the S line, and £53,340 for the Edition 1.
Diesel variants start at £48,850 for the Sport, £51,000 for the S line, and £56,050 for the Edition 1, with quattro all-wheel drive available as an option.
Standard equipment across the A5 and Avant includes 18-inch alloy wheels, LED lighting, a 14.5-inch OLED central screen, an 11.9-inch digital gauge cluster, and driver assistance features like adaptive cruise control, lane assist, and emergency brake assist.
The S line trim adds 19-inch alloy wheels, sports suspension, and S-specific styling elements, while the Edition 1 offers 20-inch wheels, Matrix LED headlights, and additional luxury and safety features.
The high-performance S5 models, both A5 and Avant, feature 20-inch wheels, S sports suspension with damper control, a panoramic sunroof, and a premium Bang & Olufsen sound system, among other upgrades.
