TC Harrison has expanded to seven Ford car dealerships with its acquisition of Rylatt Ford in Spalding.
Rylatt, which continues to operate a Citroen dealership in Spalding, had re-established the Ford brand in the local area over the last 5 years.
TC Harrison said its Spalding site will continue to provide great customer service on a local level, but with a network of support and expertise provided by the well-respected and established car dealer group.
The acquisition builds on the car dealer's presence in the East of England where it already has dealerships in Huntington, Peterborough, St Neots and Stamford. It also operates dealerships covering Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
With an annual group turnover of more than £240 million, TC Harrison employs around 360 people in its Ford division of the group and another 200 working at its JCB depots and leasing division in Yorkshire.
Chris Cornell, TC Harrison Ford chief executive, said: “Rylatt Ford has always held strong family values, so it will fit perfectly within the TC Harrison Group. I am proud to add Spalding to our growing portfolio of Ford dealerships and further strengthening our presence in Lincolnshire."

This is a shame, Rylatt's have been consistently excellent when I've had servicing from them in the past.
