Mercedes-Benz of Weston-super-Mare has increased its weekend opening hours to cater for after sales customers who can’t find the time to visit during the week.

The Bridge Road dealership’s workshop and parts operation is now open on Saturday from 8am to 5pm.

Customers are now able to take advantage of the more convenient opening hours for servicing, repairs, MoTs and tyre replacement. Customers also benefit from the weekend availability of courtesy cars and a collection and delivery service.

The showroom has also been refurbished to make while-you-wait servicing more attractive, with a new café bar and dedicated children’s and business zones.

The revised customer waiting lounge is part of the retailer’s recent upgrade to the manufacturer’s latest corporate identity.

After sales manager at the dealership Steve Harvey (pictured) said: “We knew from research that our after sales customers would be interested in the availability of weekend servicing as for many of them it can be a struggle to fit in a visit to us during the week.

“Extending our Saturday opening hours gives them extra flexibility when it comes to scheduling their car’s essential maintenance and we’re delighted to provide them with a facility that’s refreshingly different from the norm and reflects how drivers’ needs have changed.”
