Dealers looking for assurances on what is required to ensure they meet Financial Conduct Authority’s rules on motor finance selling are invited to take part in a free webinar.

Organised by AM, in association with Alphera Financial Services, the webinar takes place on October 9 from 11am until noon.

Compliance and readiness specialists at Alphera will outline their interpretation of the FCA’s principle-based rules and answer dealers’ questions.

The webinar will be chaired by AM editor Jeremy Bennett.

Areas looked at include the requirements of a regulatory business plan, the importance of a dealer’s compliance manual, mapping the customer journey and identifying conduct risks and how to ensure customers are treated fairly.

Alphera’s FCA readiness manager Martin Parr and head of compliance and operational risk Bryan Garwood will be providing advice and guidance in the webinar.
