Renault has shown off its new Master van at the CV Show in Birmingham ahead of going on sale towards the end of summer.
Order books for the new model, which will be built in Batilly, France, open in June.
Customers will be able to choose from a new selection of 2.3dCi engines with power outputs ranging from 110 to 165 horsepower (compared with 100-150hp previously).
The Master will come with electronic stability control (ESC) with load adaptive control, hill start assist and grip xtend, which improves grip in snow, mid and sand, as standard. Trailer Swing Assist will also be available (in association with the towing option).
Combi six and nine seat versions will come with a tyre pressure monitoring system which warns the driver if a tyre is underinflated or punctured.
Another new feature is the optional Wide View mirror incorporated in the passenger-side sun visor which provides a large rearward view of the blind spot on the opposite side of the vehicle.
Renault will be offering 120 versions of the Master in the UK, with a choice of four lengths and three heights, panel van, crew cab, platform cab, chassis cab, tippers, dropside and box van variants, as well as front- and rear-wheel drive, for a carrying capacity of between eight and 22 cubic metres.
New additions are the L4H2 and L4H3 panel van versions with single rear wheels.
