Quick thinking dealer staff at a GMC Buick Cadillac dealership in Saskatoon, Canada saved the life of their co-worker using an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Ted Brown went into cardiac arrest while working at the dealership and co-workers started CPR, called an ambulance and then used the AED to revive Brown.
Wheaton GMC Buick Cadillac employee Myron Knihnitski said: “I had no experience with a defibrillator and there was another employee here that did, but she's never used it, but I said, 'Well, we've nothing to lose let's put the pads down and start.”
Brown was then rushed to hospital in serious condition and has since recovered.
