Mystery shopping and performance improvement specialist Douglas Stafford has won a contract with Honda UK.
The partnership will see Douglas Stafford monitor, analyse and help improve levels of customer service by providing a nationwide mystery shopping and performance coaching programme with the manufacturer's car dealer network.
Portsmouth-based Douglas Stafford will use a range of approaches including video, telephone and email mystery shopping, with the aim of boosting customer satisfaction levels - and increase sales.
Alongside the mystery shops, Honda UK will use Douglas Stafford’s online portal DSInsight to review results and report on performance with benchmarking statistics.
