Stoneacre Motor Group has won the coveted Treating Customers Fairly award at the 2014 F&I Conference.
Stoneacre was praised for “having demonstrated a customer centric approach across its finance and insurance activities”.
With its own in-house finance department, which handles over 5,000 leads a month, the group continues to expand rapidly.
It says its record in treating customers fairly is achieved by focusing on process improvement, along with an on-going commitment to staff training and development.
Stoneacre MD, Shaun Foweather, commented: “As outlined at the fourth annual F&I awards, treating customers fairly is about a responsible attitude and mindset.
“At Stoneacre we've demonstrated our ability to do just that, while also showing that a profitable performance can be obtained in tandem.
