To mark two years of partnership with eBay, BMW is extending its presence on the online auction site to promote its fixed priced servicing.

With over 4m searches for BMW on eBay in the UK every month, the new Value Service page has the potential to attract customers who might otherwise head for independent repairers.

The page shows servicing prices for selected 3 Series, 5 Series and X5 models, starting from £139 for an E46 Engine Oil Service.

Andy Wilde, aftersales e-commerce manager at BMW, said: “The eBay environment provides perfect access to a customer base which can tend to be disengaged with our dealer network.

“The addition of a Value Service page provides an ideal opportunity to educate BMW owners about this great offering, and drive footfall to dealerships.”
