Saab Parts has engaged Eclipse Marketing to build a bespoke database to control and implement customer relationship management (CRM) activity.

Designed to maximise the level of engagement and encourage customer loyalty, the platform will initially be available in the UK, US and Spain, with further rollout planned for Italy, Switzerland, Finland, Germany and Austria.
