Vindis Group has held its second Audi experience day at Rockingham race circuit for 300 customers.
The dealer group invited customers from Audi centres in Bedford, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Northampton and Peterborough to test the German manufacturer’s S, RS and the R8.
This was the second consecutive year the virtual showroom has been held at Rockingham bringing together the main local dealerships under one roof.
Customers had the opportunity to use Rockingham’s Wet Grip Area, which combines a kick-plate, water walls and low-friction Basalt tiles. Customers could also use the 4x4 test track for Audi’s SUV range.
While parents were kept busy with their potential purchases, younger members of the family were looked after by the in-house crèche, where they were treated to their own mini cinema screen, remote control slot car track and arts & crafts.
The event also had gaming pods and featured aerobatic display team The Blades.
Paul Woodhouse, Vindis Group marketing manager, said: “Audi Showcase events are highly successful and popular events which allow us to reach out and engage with our clients on a different level, and provide an opportunity to experience the Audi brand in a fun and informal atmosphere.
“Rockingham is the ideal venue for us, as we like to offer our customers a wide range of fun things to do on the day and the flexibility of the venue’s facilities allowed us to do just that.”
