Chevrolet UK has a new managing director, following the news that Mark Terry has left.

The carmaker said Terry has left "to pursue other opportunities", and his replacement from October 1 will be Andy Higgins, currently Chevrolet's MD for central and eastern Europe.

Higgins will be reporting into Cesare Prati – executive director sales, Chevrolet Europe.

He first joined General Motors in 1991 and has held leadership roles in a variety of its European offices including Zurich, Frankfurt and Budapest, in both sales and aftersales roles. His experience also includes dealer network development, finance and customer service.
