Kia dealer Shelly Motors has unveiled plans to double the size of its Felstead Road showroom in Epsom, Surrey.

The £1.3m project will result in a greener building, using renewable oil and heat, with space to display 80 new cars and 80 used cars. It is also expected to create up to 10 new jobs.

Andrew Shelly of Shelly Motors commented: “Kia’s continued growth in the UK means that a small showroom just doesn’t do the brand justice anymore, so we are really excited about the expansion and refurbishment.

“The bigger site will ensure that our customers continue to get the best service and cars on offer, but in a more refreshing and sleek environment.

“2012 has been a very exciting year for Kia and our dealership will now be fully prepared to continue this into 2013.”

Work is already underway and the new showroom is due to open in February.
