Dealer management systems (DMS) provider, Ebbon-Dacs, has announced two more ‘key appointments’ at its Oxford head office.

Michelle Benton brings almost 20 years’ experience in the motor trade, most recently as business development team leader at Pendragon’s software arm, Pinewood.

She also has experience of the retail side, having been general manager of a Midlands-based Skoda dealership and group operations manager at a West Midlands Suzuki dealership.

At the same time, Matthew Jackson has been appointed as senior business consultant, tasked with delivering innovative technological solutions for DMS customers.

As senior business analyst for the British Medical Association he was responsible for the delivery of a multi-million-pound technology programme.

Craig Gibbin, managing director of Ebbon-Dacs’ DMS division, said: “We are delighted to welcome both Michelle and Matt to our DMS team, following the recent appointment of Mark Taylor-Jones as head of sales.
