Electric vehicle supplier GoinGreen has announced its first dealership outside of London: Footloose in Peterborough will offer EV sales and servicing.

It marks an important step for Footloose, which has built its reputation in 4x4 and specialist vehicle preparation.

To support the move, GoinGreen used today’s Business Focus event in the Cambridgeshire city to display its range.

The EVC Nemo, Mia Car, Mia Van, Rieju Mius moped, Vectrix scooter and Zero motorcycle were among the vehicles available for test drive.

Ian Hobday, managing director of GoinGreen, said: “We are delighted to be expanding outside of London and feel that Peterborough’s aim to be the UK’s premier eco-City fits perfectly with our own business objectives.”

Dave Day, general manager of Footloose, added: “We are very excited about this new opportunity. We know our customers have lots of questions about how EVs and charging solutions work and we have all the right answers for them.”
