Dealer-Auction.com has appointed Gareth Walker as business development manager.

Walker joins Dealer-Auction from Close Motor Finance who he leaves after nine years.

Gavin Smith, director of the internet based auction site, said: “Gareth’s industry knowledge and professionalism will make him a valuable addition to our experienced team.

“His appointment fits in line with our ambitious plans for growth as we move in to 2012.”

Dealer-Auction was established three years ago and is an internet based trade only site that auctions trade cars exclusively for franchised dealers.
