Helston Garages Group, the family owned and operated West Country company, has this month acquired three franchised businesses from Riders Garages Group.

They are the Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo businesses - at two sites - in Truro. It brings Helston's franchised business total to 47. It represents 15 brands from volume (Peugeot, VW) to premium (Ferrari, Maserati and Porsche).

Riders retains Saab (Exeter and Falmouth), Chevrolet (Exeter and Newton Abbot) and Vauxhall (Newton Abbot and Torbay).
