Accident Exchange has launched a free online marketing support service to help its dealers and bodyshops maximise revenue from customers involved in non-fault accidents.
The Marketing Hub provides off-the-shelf communication tools and products that can be individually branded.
The credit hire firm said an average dealership or workshop could see up to 45 customers every month requiring support in the aftermath of an accident for which they were not to blame.
“Customers need regularly reminding of the support your business can provide them, and their rights in the event of an accident,” explains Tim Eaves, divisional managing director of sales, Accident Exchange. “This is where the Marketing Hub comes into its own.”
The site has been developed to support those retailers and repairers who do not currently offer a full accident management service but choose to out-source their non-fault claims to Accident Exchange as a third party supplier.
The downloadable marketing tools are all designed to be personalised to the individual business and include point of sale, digital and print advertising, direct mailers and front of house presentations.
The Marketing Hub will also help educate and incentivise staff with step-by-step user guides and on-site training available on request.
Eaves adds: “The Hub is yet another example of our innovative, marketing driven approach to assisting dealers and bodyshops realise the opportunity open to them.”
