BEN is to relaunch its website this week as part of its new media strategy.
Digital agency Chameleon Interactive was appointed to undertake the redesign and redevelopment project due to their experience in building accessible websites for the charity sector.
Along with the updated design, new features will include: events booking, streamlined donation tool, blogs, new online shop, media centre, forum, e-newsletter and sign up. Each of BEN’s five care centres will also be launching their own microsite to showcase their services.
Charles Davis, director of fundraising and communications at BEN, said: “Together with the new design, added functionality and updated content, the new site will help to raise awareness of the work we do, make it much easier for people to request our care and support when they need it and also generate income for BEN.”
The new website www.ben.org.uk is due to be launched on January 27.
