Vauxhall cashback
On selected derivatives Vauxhall continues with its Q2 5% cashback offer on a range of 0% HP programmes. The Astra Twintop Air 1.6i VVT needs a £6,010 deposit, followed by 48 monthly payments of £285. For a Zafira Active 1.6i the deposit is £5,515, and the monthly payments £255.
BMW dealer aid
BMW dealers are continuing to help with deposits on PCP packages until June 30. For the 320d M Sport, the contribution is £4,970 on a 40-month, 9.5% APR: the monthly payments are £359 and an optional £10,905 secures ownership at the end.
Open plan Mitsubishi
Mitsubishi’s flexible HP offers on all its cars end on June 30. A 12-month 0% APR needs a 50% deposit. Others are 24 months (4.9% APR, 40% down), 36 months (5.9% APR, 30% deposit), 48 months (6.9% APR, 20% up front) and 60 months (7.9% APR, 10% deposit).
Nissan’s £1,100 saving
Offers from Nissan include a 36-month, 6.9% APR PCP that includes a saving of £1,100 on one version of each of two models – the Note 1.5 dCi Acenta (£1,999 deposit, £199 monthly payments and £3,003 optional final payment) and the Micra dCi 3dr (£999, £195 and £2,411).
Two-year Toyota PCPs
Twin 24-month, 3.9% APR PCPs run until the end of this month. The Yaris TR 1.3 VVT-i 3dr requires a £1,591 deposit, monthly payments at £179 and optional final payment of £4,953. For an Avensis TR 1.8 V-Matic 4dr, Toyota asks for £3,141 in advance, monthly payments of £349 and a final £7,986.
Suzuki’s scrappage deal
Suzuki and other manufacturers are combining their usual finance deals with the £2,000 scrappage allowance. Until the end of June, Suzuki will take any qualifying old car as a deposit on existing 0% APR offers on the Swift (down payment £625), Splash, SX4 and Grand Vitara. The Alto SZ2 is available for £89 a month. Suzuki says its May sales were 14% up year on year.
Summer Honda offers
Honda is extending a programme of 36-month finance offers beyond the second quarter to the end of September. There are two options on the Civic, both with leather upholstery included. The 1.8 SE, on 0% HP, needs £5,135 down followed by monthly payments of £260. The 2.2 SE, offered as a 4.9% PCP, requires a £3,860 deposit, £190 monthly payments and an optional final £5,459.
