Marshall Motor Group has appointed Inchcape’s group aftersales director Neil Tonks, as its new aftersales and corporate sales director.

Tonks will start at Marshall on May 1 and will report to Daksh Gupta, Marshall’s chief executive.

Gupta said: “This is a new position for Marshall and demonstrates our absolute commitment to ensuring we deliver operational excellence and outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.

"Neil will also be responsible for developing a new strategy for Marshall in the corporate sales arena, one we have not operated in recently.”
