Honda (UK) has been voted the best car company for customer service.

A panel of 24,000 people responded to an online survey by the UK Customer Satisfaction Index which gathered views from members of the public on how well or badly companies and organisations perform.

In the automotive sector, people were asked to rate their overall experience throughout their relationship with the car companies, from initial enquiries through to after-sales service.

Honda (UK) came top, followed by Mercedes-Benz (UK) and Toyota GB.
