Mazda will be showcasing its new urban city car platform at the Paris Motor Show next month in the form of a new concept.

The Kiyora (meaning clean and pure in Japanese) will be unveiled at the show from October 2. It will feature a stop start system and Mazda’s next generation four-cylinder direct injection engine.

The concept is based on a new platform which could feature in new Mazda models. Mazda’s facelifted MX-5 roadster will also get its world debut at the Paris show.
