AXA Insurance's transition to Audatex claims management and estimating systems goes live today.

AXA announced its appointment of Audatex as its vehicle claims management technology partner earlier this year.

It said 99% of AXA approved bodyshops are users of Audatex’ Global Claims Centre (GCC).

Audatex's services for AXA include claims management, estimating and vehicle model selection, plus a dashboard providing bodyshops with an up-to-date view of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

AudaExpress will keep all parties informed of the claim's progress, AudaBridge will provide outbound electronic instructions and pre-populated assessments, and AudaSource will procure parts.
