Skoda flagship
Skoda’s large retailer of the year, Silbury Skoda, has successfully completed a relocation to a new £2 million purpose-built site in Cramlington, Northumberland. Terry Critchlow, managing director of Silbury Skoda, said: “The building of this new centre represents a substantial investment by Skoda. It has been built to meet Skoda’s corporate standards and acts as a flagship site for the manufacturer.”
Yes! for Ford
Ford Retail is leasing a former Yes! Car Credit showroom on the A20 at Fiveways junction, New Eltham, for its retail group. The showroom is adjacent to a Kwik-Fit and has space for more than 30 vehicles. The retail group will be under-taking an extensive refurbishment and plans to open before the end of autumn.
On the move
Royal London, the Edinburgh-based Audi dealer, will move from its current site on Seafield Road East to a new dealership on Bankhead Drive. The dealership has already appointed Cushman & Wakefield to find a buyer for the current location ready for when they relocate early next year.
