Swindon motor dealer Pebley Beach has renewed its sponsorship of top-flight speedway racing team the Swindon Robins.

But after five years of association between Pebley Beach Suzuki and the Robins, company director Dominic Threlfall has decided to give his Hyundai dealership a shot at supporting one of the country’s premier speedway sides.

Last week Threlfall presented a new Santa Fe, the flagship model of the Hyundai range, to the club’s owner, Terry Russell.

Threlfall said: "Our Suzuki dealerships at Wroughton and Cirencester have enjoyed five years of local and national media and public exposure, thanks to our sponsorship deal with the Swindon Robins. The team has continued to perform well year after year. Now, I think, it’s time for our Hyundai dealership at Eldene to bask in the glory of association with the Robins."

Swindon Robins competes in the Elite League, the UK's top level of speedway.
