Allianz Insurance is running a series of one-day workshops for its 173 body repairers to help them achieve PAS125 and the BSI Kitemark in time for its July 1 deadline.

Bodyshop industry organisations, including the BSI, MVRA and Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF), will give presentations at the workshops.

Delegates will also be able to talk to representatives from these organisations and speak to bodyshop owners who have already achieved both PAS125 and the Kitemark.

Simon Law, Allianz Insurance motor damage supply manager, said the sole aim of the workshops was to ensure repairers felt more confident in achieving the standard.

Allianz repairers who achieve PAS125 will have the potential to increase their labour rates by up to £2 an hour.
