Glasgow-based Verve Van Centre has opened a new site at Glasgow Business Park, following a move from its old premises in Rutherglen, Glasgow.

Opened by Stephan Schaller, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles chief executive, the showroom had £3m financial investment and is expected to create 20 new jobs.

The business will soon introduce Volkswagen Van Rental.

The building has a larger ten-vehicle workshop and the showroom will display vans as well as people carriers, the California camper and a range of Volkswagen Assured Used vans.

Verve will offer its customers courtesy vehicles if theirs is off the road, as well as its rental service.
