Nissan's Skyline replacement will be called the GT-R and will go on sale in the UK next year.

The Japanese manufacturer has launched a website www.gtrnissan.com to provide information and specifications for the new model.

Potential buyers can register to receive updates about the new GT-R via an online form on the website.

The next update will take place to coincide with its global unveiling at the Tokyo Motor Show.
