It’s the latest approval win for the stock exchange listed prestige credit hire company, which already provides accident management for Audi UK’s retail network, and customers include Lookers and JCT600.
Before the official approval, 11 outlets in the Lotus network were already exclusively contracted to Accident Exchange.
Steve Evans, chief executive of Accident Exchange, said the service is provided at no cost to the dealers, and creates opportunities for revenue and profit increases, as well as enhancing customer relations by keeping victims of non-fault accidents within a Lotus branded experience.
Evans added: “We provide a seamless customer focused programme, providing both incremental sales in parts, labour and new vehicles and commission from the referrals they provide and that is not to mention the obvious CSI benefits.”
All customers at participating Lotus dealerships will receive free membership to the Lotus Accident Management Programme. The scheme provides tailored assistance following an accident.
