Pendragon has adopted Audatex’s estimating system throughout its bodyshops nationwide.

The company has implemented the AudaEnterprise estimating system throughout its bodyshop network nationwide.

AudaEnterprise is a web-based system that provides multi-user, multi-site access to a centralised database. This allows assessment data to be viewed from any location and shared and managed more effectively.

Mike Collyer, Pendragon group bodyshop leader, said: "We have been an Audatex user for many years, but we are really seeing a difference with AudaEnterprise. As well as achieving consistency of estimating across our bodyshop sites, we are also seeing improvements in productivity. This is enabling us to focus our resources on improving the quality of our service and developing new business opportunities."

  • AudaEnterprise replaces the AudaWorkstation system which will be de-commissioned on September 30. Audatex is in the process of migrating the last few bodyshops to the new system and encourages any bodyshop still to place an order to contact the Audatex sales desk on 0118 923 5667 without delay.
