Would you like to learn the secret to achieving near 100% customer loyalty?

At autoretailing 06 Virgin Atlantic Airways chief operating officer Lyell Strambi will reveal the company’s world-class strategies which have seen its customer loyalty levels approach 98%.

Strambi will present a case study of Virgin Atlantic Airways success in a market that has parallels with – and lessons for – car retailers.

In a session that promises to be highly interactive and entertaining session, and which will also feature members of the Virgin Cabin Crew, Lyell will focus on key elements of Virgin’s strategy – including people, leadership, innovation, profitability and maintaining the momentum.

He will also offer some ‘quick wins’ that delegates can take away and try out in their own businesses.

Brought to the industry by AM and the RMIF, autoretailing 06 takes place at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham and is dedicated to helping professional, pro-active motor retailers become more successful – by selling more cars and retaining more customers.

The convention opens on June 7 with a conference for senior executives. The outstanding speaker line up includes David Martin – one of the top rated speakers at this year’s NADA Convention in America – Jonathan Browning, Vauxhall chairman and head of marketing at GM Europe, Simon Gulliford, a former Honda dealer and group marketing director at Barclays plc, Sue Brownson OBE of Bluebell BMW/Mini, David Carter of Carter & Carter, Max Warburton of UBS and John Whiteman of the ICDP.

On June 8, delegates can attend up to five profit-boosting workshops throughout the day in sales, aftersales and general management. Lead by recognized experts in their field, the workshops are designed to help dealership managers become more successful by offering clear, impartial guidelines in key operational areas and focusing on practical solutions.
