AIM-listed Aquilo is in talks to sell its motor services subsidiary.

The motor claims management operation includes customer contact centre, engineer services, repair network and roadside assistance.

“We are pleased to have a proposed deal which, if it completes, will benefit all the stakeholders of the company, offering continuity of business and financial stability,” says Aquilo.

It declined to say whether the interested party is an insurer or bodyshop group.
