PHP, which specializes in people development services and training for the automotive industry, will target both vehicle manufacturers and retailers.
It claims its CRM solution is focused on maximizing sales and increasing customer satisfaction to outstanding levels.
Robert Purfield, director of PHP, says: “Recording, logging, measuring, reporting and efficient workflow for follow up are key principles that we drive through our automotive sales programmes.
“I think the dealerships of the UK and further afield will welcome it with open arms.”
So far 250 customers have opted for the system and CAS is aiming for 2,000 users within the next two years.
The price of the package is based upon a monthly subscription relating to a number of factors, including the size of the dealership and the volume of usage.
