Barry Willson, GMAC UK brand manager, and three colleagues recently conquered Ben Nevis, Helvellyn, Snowdon and Carantouhill to raise £6,400 for charity in the annual four peaks’ challenge involving the highest mountains in Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland.

Wooden Spoon, a British/Irish rugby union charity for the young and disadvantaged, benefited from the efforts of the team, which included brothers Dave (group driver) and Mark Bradley, GMAC project and regional managers respectively, plus another regional manager, Tim Whaley.

Vauxhall sponsored the challenge and provided a fleet of vehicles to ferry 180 competitors 1,900 miles between mountains.
