THIS is the new-look Vauxhall Vectra, due to reach showrooms in October.

As well as being completely redesigned from the windscreen forward, the new Vectra also features a revamped interior and chassis and suspension settings adjusted specifically for British roads.

Also new to the range is a flagship Elite model powered by a 2.8-litre turbocharged V6 engine mated to a six-speed automatic gearbox.

Hatchback, saloon and estate models will all be available from launch and prices will be announced next month.
