Dealer group Lookers has appointed a new non-executive director to replace Graham J Morris who has retired.

The new director is John Brown, the outgoing Speedy Hire chief executive, who also becomes chairman of Lookers' Audit Committee.

Brown is a certified accountant with 40 years' experience in finance and management. He is currently chairman of Voller Energy and investor relations consultancy Scott Harris. He retires from Speedy Hire in July.
