Car parts manufacturer Sogefi is creating 125 jobs in south Wales with an £8m expansion programme.

The firm, which makes filtration equipment, said the investment would also mean a further 134 jobs will be secured at its Llantrisant factory.

The plant, alongside others in Tredegar and Nottingham, make equipment for nearly two-thirds of the UK's cars. The Italian-owned company employs around 500 in Wales.
