Bodyshop minimum standards, capacity, body repair and vehicle technology, parts, estimating skills and skills shortages are just some of the topics to be tackled at the launch of the Retail Motor Industry Federation's (RMI) Bodyshop Industry Forum.
The RMI's bodyshop and vehicle recovery services division aims to enhance meaningful dialogue between its members and relevant stakeholders on the key issues affecting the industry.
Jeff Mack, the RMI's head of bodyshop and vehicle recovery services, says:"Our industry is undergoing challenging times - we intend this forum to constructively address the issues that affect our industry on a daily basis. The RMI believes that bringing all key parties together can help to move the industry forward and into a thriving future."
