“The relationship with Honda (UK)’s motorcycle division has been in existence for many years. However the new partnership agreement signed this week expands on this”, says Honda Cars (UK) general manager David Strangeway.
“From now on Castrol will provide support to both car and motorcycle networks in conjunction with Honda’s Customer First initiative.”
Honda believes that the agreement will provide considerable benefits to members of its dealer network as well as customers.
“In addition to being Honda (UK)’s preferred supplier of high quality lubricant products, Castrol Business Services will provide business solutions to improve workshop profitability and customer retention,” says Syd Simpson, Castrol workshop sales director for Northern Europe.
“The latest agreement is testim-ony to a close working relationship developed between the two companies. We are unique in the market as having the ability to provide a number of aftersales solutions to the needs of Honda car dealerships and we are looking forward to developing our partnership with Honda and its UK car dealer network in the coming months.
