Aftermarket consultants Forester Grant say their investment in Network Automotive Management creates “the most diverse automotive support services group in the UK”.

Forester Grant Associates was the consultancy involved in the establishment of Peugeot Express Fit and includes the recruitment agency APA Selection, while Network Automotive Management provides consultancy services in the fleet market. Its offerings include Fastline Solutions, a warehousing, storage, print and packaging service, and the Bridewell Group plc, which provides fleet operators with vehicle acquisition and maintenance service.

Following Forester Grant Associates' investment, Bryan Phillimore becomes chairman of both Network and Forester Grant.

Frank Lord, who is a group non-executive director at Forester Grant and former Henlys and Appleyard director, becomes interim managing director at Network, and Peter Cameron, a director and shareholder at Forester Grant and former Fiat Auto UK fleet sales manager, has been appointed an executive director at Network.

Previous Network directors are leaving the company through a mixture of retirement or redundancy. No other job losses are expected. Network will continue to operate from its Dunstable offices while Forester Grant remains based in Harefield, Middlesex.
