Citroen has announced that it is offering Smartnav, the latest satellite navigation system from Trafficmaster, as an approved accessory on all models in the UK. From 22nd September, Smartnav will be available through the Citroen network to both private and business customers.

Citroen has worked with Trafficmaster since 1997, providing traffic data direct to the car and currently every C5 comes with Trafficmaster Oracle as standard. Bob Lenton, Services & Parts Director at Citroen, comments: "We chose Smartnav above other satellite navigation systems, because we feel it is one step further than conventional sat-nav as it incorporates live, accurate traffic information and 24 hour assistance through trained Smartnav personal assistants, all as standard."
