This is the date that DVLA's range of 04 personalised registrations will be made available to purchase, enabling motorists to be ready with their new vehicle complete with a specially selected registration before the 04 plate change in March.

In November only (3 Nov to 29 Nov), motorists have the choice from DVLA's database of over eight million 04 personalised registrations from £499 including VAT and assignment fee. From December onwards, there will still be a choice of over one million 04 registrations.

To check availability and price of all DVLA's personalised registrations log onto the official DVLA website, www.dvlaregistrations.co.uk All registrations are available through the DVLA's official hotline, 0870 6000 142, which is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, except Bank Holidays, and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
