Members were nominated by garages to form the 10-strong focus group that includes Mark Baldwin, of East Bilnet Coachworks, Gary Evans, D&G Accident Repair Centre, Neil Foster, Express Coachworks, Nick Fry, Motofix Accident Repair Centres, and Christine Maskil, Newbury Crash Repairs.

The five other members of the group are Brent Morris, DK Autos, Gavin Rackham, Rackhams Autobody Centre, David Shepherd, Deejay, Lloyd Staddon, Staddons Body Repair Centre, Kevin Vokes, Hammond Group.
