The Automotive Distribution Federation welcomed a new president, Russell Curtis, at its AGM on Friday 4 December, while the factors' organisation also announced a series of 2003 awards to members at its annual dinner the night before.

The 2003 Distributor Excellence Award winner was Mill Auto Supplies, St. Austell; the CV Distributor Excellence Award inner was Hereward Car & Truck Components, Peterborough. Supplier of the Year was Automotive Distributors Limited, while the ADF's CV Supplier of the Year was Federal Mogul Aftermarket UK.
