Daihatsu has named its 'Dealers of the Year 2003', after 12 months that saw the arrival of five new models and first-half December registrations 100% up on the same period of last year.

Daihatsu's 'Dealers of the Year 2003' were Town and County, Perth; Premier, Manchester (also national dealer of the year); Stoneacre, Grimsby; Simpsons, Swindon; West End Garage, Woking, and C H Philips, Abergavenny.

Each was acknowledged as the best all round performer in its particular sales region.

Paul Hegarty, Daihatsu Operations Director, said: "These awards are for the dealers that made the biggest overall contribution in 2003 and showed their commitment to Daihatsu through the high standard of their showroom facilities and customer care as well as sales."
