A new group has been formed within the Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Society BEN which focuses on the needs of younger members of the industry. BENergy is the name chosen for this recently formed BEN youth committee, made up of representatives of many of the motor manufacturers in the UK. To obtain as wide a forum as possible, there are still some vacancies on the committee for representatives from other sectors. So if there is anyone from the commercial vehicle, motorcycle, component, tyre, lubricant, aftermarket, finance or any other allied trade area who is interested in joining, please contact Loretta Eggleton on 01344 620191.

BENergy will be similar to BenHer and the Centurions, separate entities that are all working towards raising awareness and funds for BEN.

BENergy's mission statement is to secure the future of BEN by injecting the energy and enthusiasm of the young to raise awareness and support, ensuring relevance to the future generations it will serve.
