Following its acquisition of Dovercourt Audi in Bristol from Dutton Forshaw, Damon Hill Holdings, the vehicle of the partnership between former F1 racing driver Damon Hill and Midlands franchise dealer Nick Whale, has completed the acquisition of the Exeter Audi dealership from Inchcape plc.

The deal brings the group's franchise holdings to three, including its first acquisition, Warwick BMW. The group is expected to make further acquisitions in the premium franchise market.
